Statistics tell us childhood and teenage obesity rates are on the rise. The good news, though, is that our kids don’t grow up as statistics; they grow up as unique individuals who can thrive with our guidance.

 My nutrition business focuses on helping children and teens at a time when they are faced with challenging or changing nutritional needs. I help kids and those who care for them to solve nutrition related problems and various dietary issues.
